2. Fulfillment Process

  • Guests can show their appreciation by submitting tips via the Shukran platform.
  • Once a tip is submitted, it undergoes a processing period of 48 hours to allow guests to request corrections, refunds, or cancellations if needed.
  • After this confirmation window, tips are finalized and securely recorded.
  • Tips are then distributed to our team of service workers on a monthly basis, following the instructions provided by guests during the tipping process.
  • A detailed report is shared with the team via email and SMS, ensuring transparency and accountability.

3. Customer Communication

Guests receive two confirmations for each tip:

  • Instant Confirmation: A notification email is sent immediately after the tip is submitted.
  • Final Confirmation: A follow-up email is sent after 48 hours, confirming that the tip has been processed.

  • Refunds and cancellations are allowed within a 48-hour window after a tip is submitted.

  • Service workers affected by any refund or correction will be notified via SMS.
  • Errors in tipping amounts or recipient details can also be resolved by refunding the tip and requesting the guest to retry at their discretion.

  • We prioritize the safety and security of every transaction.
  • Card information is neither transmitted nor stored by Shukran. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted global payment processing partner.
  • Our website uses HTTPS encryption, ensuring that all data shared on our platform is secure.
  • As our service workers are part of our team, we maintain detailed records and contractual relationships, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
